From Crystal Falls:

Artwork may not be picked up early. If you are unable to meet this time frame, please arrange for someone else to pickup your artwork. A $50 storage fee will be charged for artwork not picked up by 3:30pm.
Wolf River Art League reserves the right to reject artwork or change divisions/categories, close submissions early based upon entry volume, and is not liable for lost or damage artwork.

The judges reserve the right to decline divisions/categories for insufficient quality or quantity of work.
Attention Artists ~ Read this thoroughly:
Upon entering Crystal Falls, you will be asked which division your artwork
is entered into (Budding, Student, Non-Professional, and/or Professional).
You will then be directed to a check-in table for that division.
If you are entered in more than one division, you will need to check-in at more than one table.
Our members and volunteers will check-in your work,
then tag, and hang/display your artwork for you.
The walls and tables, etc will all be setup by our team;
you do not need to bring tables/skirting/display walls, etc.
* If you have a 3D piece of artwork and it requires a special stand/hanging bracket/etc.,
you will need to provide those items.
Our team will take the utmost effort to protect and safely hang/display your artwork;
we are artists too and we know your pieces are invaluable to you!
If artwork is not properly labeled/framed/mounted with sturdy hangers,
we will not be able to hang/display it.
We will have a small selection of supplies for emergency situations.
There are many artists checking in hundreds of pieces of artwork, please come prepared!

Professional or Non-Professional
We get asked every year. And the definition of "professional" turns out to be quite subjective. For the purpose of this event, we are going with the definition posted at Quora Blog*:

"Professional artists create for other people,
they do it as their job, to make money, and help their career.
Non-professional artists work for themselves,
creating without orders, they work for their own happiness."

* With the added disclaimer that the Wolf River Art League reserves the right to move art-submissions into different divisions, due to the quality of the work presented.
2026 ENTRY FORMS
Preferred Method (Submit Online - Click Desired Entry Below):
-
Please fill out an electronic form + payment below by clicking the applicable ENTRY button.
-
Required fields are marked with an asterisk.
-
If you skip a 'required' field, it will not submit and all missed fields will be marked in red.
-
You will need to submit a different form for each division you are participating in (Quantity Limits Still Apply!): For example, a Professional Photographer who also wants to submit a piece from their new hobby as a Non-Professional 3-Dimensinal artist needs 2-entry forms; maximum pieces between the two divisions = 5-pieces.
